WBC scan results and on to MRI ...

Hi Y'all,

I went to the dr yesterday morning and learned that nothing showed up in the WBC scan (white blood cell). So, now the dr is ordering an MRI to see if they find anything in the bone marrow or joints, etc. Narrowed out the small and on to the big... see what's going on. So I still don't know what's wrong. I'm waiting for the call to come to schedule the MRI. Back in the waiting game again. In the meantime dr prescribed an ankle brace for me, so I picked it up yesterday after my appointment with him. Wore it to work, and it was nice to be able to put equal weight on both legs for a change.

At this point, I don't know what could be wrong. If nothing is found in the MRI, I plan to call my physician and see if I can get a referral to some specialist and see what sort of diagnosis can be made.

Tonight I plan to stay the night at my cousin Diana's and work on the fashionably classic watches with her and be able to make mine and bring home to wear...I can hardly wait. Then go to church in the morning with Diana and her family.

Otherwise, taking it easy over here.
Have a great day y'all :)

Hey hey...
Wendy, Yeppers I got the results. Turns out I didn't even need to take the darn S.A.T. How about that? Lol. I'm glad I did though. It was a good experience for me and psyched me all up for school :)

Me 2 Merrianne... I'm so anxious to find out the prob. I'll keep y'all posted.

Cuz Di, soooooooo happy to see you on here. I'm so hoping Thursday night works out too. I'll post the latest on the medical news as soon as I hear back from my doc when he gets the results from the two MRI's I had taken last Thursday morning. Soon to come :)

Can't wait to hear more. How are you feeling?

W, I'm feeling ok. Besides the foot (which the pain has come and gone alot) and now I have nerve probs with a tooth that lost filling and an ear-ache, PMS-ing, and came home from work after only two hours yesterday due to nausea/diahrrea. Laughing, I couldn't resist... you asked how I'm feeling. Feeling better at the moment, since I just woke up and pain hasn't set in yet.

I've been pretty stressed out because worried about losing my job. My previous dept is no longer one to fall back on as it has become automated and everyone is skirted upward to train in other depts. If I don't pass training which I'm in again, for a diff dept, then I'm likely out of a job. And what I'm training for is very complex. It's been typical for others to take same training up to 3 times or more. There's only one more class and it's January, and I hear it's full. We've been told we may be out of a job if we don't pass. Ergh.

Lotsa pressure with work. It sux. So to get my mind off of it, I've started writing again. I'm working on a project I'm excited about.

In addition, I have an idea of what I'm going to paint for you, however, due to med bills etc, I haven't been able to purchase it yet as I had planned earlier. I have an extra paycheck in January. I may have to get it then if I can't get next paycheck. I simply don't make enough money. Argh. Hence the going back to school etc.

Aside from all this, I've also met someone new. Things are going good so far. Still very early to tell, but good.

LuvYa,
Christy

Hey, don't stress about making me something. Get to it when you get to it. I'm looking into an overnight shift in a residential facility lately. Tonight I am going to a job fair/open house at a place for "troubled youth." Sounds a little scary, but a great challenge and experience I'm sure. I hope I get something soon. I'd like to spend more time with my kids without worrying about where the cash is coming from.

Sorry you're feeling so craptastic! I hope that changes soon!
