PASSION & MUSIC equals Maginifying Beauty

Are you familiar with Gustavo Dudamel, a wondrous conductor from Venezuela? If not, you should be... This maestro is brilliantly passionate and sharing the same vibe with all who come in contact with him. I LUV LUV LUV people such as him and his nature.

I am passionate about many things and watching this young man being himself in his manner and his conducting, he is quite exuberant and contagious in a fascinating way. Please watch the below video and become familiar with a magnificentally wonderful example of life and love.

You must see these clips 60 Minutes spotlight with Gustavo -and please watch each one -they're each less than 60 seconds...of course prior to each one are the annoying 30 seconds worth of commercials. So WORTH WATCHING THESE CLIPS though, in all it's only 9 minutes of video clips plus the darn 30 second commercials times 9 equals an additional 4 and a half minutes on top of the 9 minutes so ok, I lied -it's actually 13 and a half minutes in all... LOL. If you play the first video clip and just let it play through without closing it, it goes to the next clip for you -saving a few seconds of closing it out and opening the next clip and waiting for it to actually open before your eyes.

And of course Gustavo's personal website

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT
What is your passion? Do you have one? Are you magnifying it? If you do not have a passion of some sort, what would you like it to be or is there something in your past you've always dreamed of fulfilling? I love this quote from Gustavo: "When you love something, you have time, lots of time." Fill your life with passion if you are not already and if you are - are you magnifying it?

WOW! He seems like a GREAT guy!
And yes...I think it is so important to have passion in your life. I am very passionate about my husband--I WOULD KILL FOR HIM--and of course, my children, as well. I know it seems cliche, but my little Family is my passion! I love them so deeply. I can not imagine life witout them. They bring out the best in me & make me want to be better each & every day. I look forward to seeing them & hugging them & I do not even like to have fun without them because I want them to be part of the FUN. I think that is what passion is to me......the feeling of complete satisfaction, joy & love when I am in their presence.
Great post--it sure got me to thinking. :)

Hey girlie, Great comments, thank you for remarking on my post. I always appreciate your comments.

I hear ya, family can be like that and it is important to have passion in life, love, etc.

My passion is my writing and soon doing MakeUp in film/fashion etc. I can hardly wait. Tomorrow I'm going to Tony's to start looking into the different loans online for private student loans and start the process of applying. He's never done it before either, cuz when he was in school there weren't those kind of loans available so this is new to him and me. A little research will need to be involved.

My lease ends in April and now that we're in March, I have so much to do to get moved out. And to still find a place to move into, as I want to rent a room somewhere for half the expenses to save for school too.

I'll be living out of two suitcases basically in a rented room somewhere and with my computer. So when it's time to leave for school, I will be able to just pick up and go. So I still need to find an affordable size storage unit for all my stuff I'd like to keep. Ugh, and still need to get small size boxes for all my books which I won't get rid of... they're my treasures.

Glad you are passionate about your family and have so much to offer them and give them.

I know what you mean about how they make you want to be better and bring out the best in you. Tony brings out the best in me too. I'm always looking for ways to improve myself and he helps me in so many ways. Things I never thought about before, and realize now ways of how I can be a better person.

LuvYaSweetThang,
Christy :)
