A Good Day

Hello ~

Today is a good day. I woke up and was able to go visit with my good friend Erin whom I haven't seen in about a year now or almost a year, I'm thinking it's been about a year. She left AZ with her boyfriend Thomas to follow him where he needed to be for work and fortunately she was able to work from home staying with the same company. The company I used to work for as well. So it was really good to see her and meet up like old times at our Starbuck's (and catch-up on everything) that we used to hook up at pretty regularly after a good run! Yep after a good run, lol. Or early Sat/Sun mornings. They have little sandwiches now at Starbuck's, did you know? We both ordered the same one, Black Forest ham, cheese and egg on an english muffin sort - only wider/bigger. Yum yum good. So Erin, if you read this, I'm soooooooooooooooo happy you are back here in AZ as I told you this morning. Yay!

I find it interesting that I would receive this today and shortly after the conversation I had with Erin and after my visit at a Christian bookstore. I almost bought a book that tells the life of Christ, so He was in my thoughts and on my mind. Funny how things happen eh? And Erin and I had a great lengthy conversation that I really enjoyed. We have many things in common and we always have a great time. It's always nice when in the company of someone who shares similar values and perspective on life and same positive outlook. You're awesum Erin and I luv ya girlie :)

Well it's that time and our favorite time of the year... taxes - ha jk! But I'm actually glad it is because I've been waiting for my W2s to arrive so I can get my taxes done and then start the process of re-applying for FAFSA and loans. All this to begin the preparation of going to BURBANK CA for school at www.mud.edu Yay! Of course, there is still a bit of time involved, and one thing at a time of course... but the process is beginning and I'm thrilled! My lease ends end of April and I will be moving into a rented room saving half of my current expenses to save for school. I have a lot of money to come up with for me to attend this school (and yep it's accredited) for make-up artistry!
