Good morning ya'll ~
Sharing a couple things that are very much related with who I am all about. First, I love being a woman and I love femininity. I love that I am a girly girl! So when I saw this new video of Carrie Underwood's All American Girl... I fell in love with it! Funny how when we watch a video -we automatically decide if we like it or hate it. And yet, do we ever take a moment to see what exactly the artist wants to be said and seen about the performance and song? I like to try and 'read between the lines' a little. Most artists have something they want to say with their art. What is this artist saying? We all have different interpretations as well. That's what makes it so powerful. When an artist can portray a message they want to share and yet at the same time, others will see different messages that go with the original message. That makes for a powerful song and great art.
I like to find the messages in all art. This is why I love music, paintings/drawings, books, poetry, film/movies (some tv shows), videos etc. So while you're visiting my blogs, you'll see I will be posting some of these things to share with others the messages I feel are quite important and significant in one way or another. I value freedoms. We have so much to be thankful for living in a country full of freedoms. We sometimes forget and lose our perspective at times, we're human, and yet sometimes we need reminders to see what's really going on.
I'm all about "KEEPING IT REAL" - I always have been and always will be. I love people who speak up and speak their mind and their own opinions freely. Granted we may not agree, but I love that we can agree to disagree. And if we remember to do so respectfully - it can be quite an experience. I love learning the different viewpoints and different perspectives that are out there. I'm a very OPEN person. Open-minded, open-spirited, open-handed, open-ended, I have an open-house ... I'm all about openness. I'm also a free spirit and I believe strongly in free will.

I really enjoyed what message Kid Rock has in his video/song AMEN - and if you would like to hear more about it -please view and listen to the interview where he talks about how he came up with the lyrics to this song and the message he has about it. This is worth watching and I agree 100% with what he reveals in this interview:
